March 13, 2026: We have encountered an unexpected issue with our SMS texting provider.
This issue affects only the texting platform and does not impact any other services.
The problem is due to an incompatibility with our carrier that we initially believed could be resolved quickly,
but it has since developed into a more complex and extended matter.
We are currently exploring alternative carrier options; however, integrating a new provider may require several months of configuration and system updates. As a result, our texting service is currently unavailable, and we are unable to provide an estimated date for restoration at this time.
