Setting up account (once already signed up for account)


Login with email and password.

1. Once logged into created account, click on “Plans” on the far right corner. You will then choose from the 3 different monthly plans.

2. Once you have chosen a monthly plan, if you need to purchase a certain amount of extra credits at once you should do the following:

  • Click “Account Settings” on the top tool bar.
  • Click “Purchase Credits” on the drop down menu.
  • On the Purchase credits page, type in the amount of credits you would like to purchase in the box entitled “messages”. It will then automatically show how much the cost will be. Click “Add”.
  • You then be prompted to type in billing info.

3. Once credits have been purchased, You need to set up a “Virtual Number” by doing the following:

  • Click “Account Settings” on the top tool bar.
  • Click “Add virtual number” on the drop down menu.
  • Type area code in box on the Add virtual number page then click “choose”.
  • Select a number from the numbers that are provided.
  • Click “Add”.

4. Now you want to create a group. Follow these instructions:

  • Click “Dashboard” on the tool bar at the top of the page.
  • Click the tab called “Groups”
  • Type name of the group to be created in the box entitled “Group Name”
  • Click “Create New”
  • Another window will appear stating that your group has been created.

5. Now you must add your contacts. Follow the instructions below:

  • Click “Dashboard” on the tool bar at the top of the page.
  • Click the tab called “Contacts”
  • Click the tab entitled “Upload CSV/Excel”
  • There are two examples of what the CSV file or Excel file should look like.
  • Follow this exactly.

    a. For excel, Put “Name” in column “1A”, “Phone Number” in column “1B”, “Email” in column “1C”.

    b. Add the correlating info underneath each column. If there is no email address to add, that’s fine, but still keep the column.

  • Once file is saved and ready to be uploaded, click “browse” in the box entitled “Upload CSV/Excel”. Find file.
  • Check off the Group you wish to upload the contacts to.
  • Click button entitled “Upload CSV/Excel”
  • Allow time to upload list. The bigger the list, the longer it take. Once uploaded, a new window will appear stating that the contacts have been uploaded.

6. Click the button “Schedule Message”.
